The Fund Operation’s team makes imperative contributions to the operational functions related to the Alternative Investment Funds and Managed Investing products shipped by Wealthsimple. As an Associate, Fund Operations you will be owning multiple areas of their Accounting functionality: reconciliations, audits, valuations, providing highly reliable data to clients.

This is a new function within marketing so we need your expertise to help us improve/stand up our systems and processes to deliver more impact. You’ll be focused on leading the second pillar of our Integrated Marketing function: Marketing Strategy & Operations, the engine that keeps our marketing org running smoothly and aligned to business goals. From campaign tooling and project resourcing to workflow design and budgeting, you and our small but mighty team will ensure that projects stay on track, resources are well-utilized, and the org is empowered to deliver great work at scale.

Oversee and evolve our strategic asset allocation process through a data-driven analytical approach. Define approaches and establish investment guidelines for tactical adjustments to broad asset allocations. Identify optimal security selection and trade execution logic to ensure maximally efficient asset portfolios. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.

The Anti-Money (AML) Laundering Operations team is responsible for the detection, response and elimination of inherent and residual money laundering and terrorist financing risks at Wealthsimple. In this role you will analyze alerts, engage in critical thinking and leverage data analysis techniques and pattern detection to uncover financial crime. Utilize internal systems and tools for obtaining information and documenting alert dispositions.

The Corporate Development function at Wealthsimple is a small but high-impact team responsible for accelerating the company’s growth through mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and strategic partnerships. In this role you will: Partner with leaders across the company to identify strategic opportunities that can accelerate our product roadmap and business strategy; be a subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and industry trends.

Lead the Transfers client experiences and operations team, ensuring fast, frictionless money movement experiences for clients moving money in and out of Wealthsimple. Ensure the system is working as intended, processing thousands of transactions and client inquiries weekly. The role will support two Managers, one managing a team of 30+ back office associates, and one managing a team 50+ front office agents.

Shape how millions of Canadians think about investing by turning product innovations into compelling narratives and powerful go-to-market strategies. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding our clients, market trends, and competitive landscape — and translating those insights into messaging, positioning, and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and client trust. Play a pivotal role in creating integrated marketing plans, influencing product roadmaps, and uncovering new growth opportunities.

Analyze annual tax changes and implement them into our Tax product. Be involved with NETFILE and NetFile Québec certification processes. Use tax knowledge in providing guidance to the broader team when developing new features. Manage your own schedule and workload in a collaborative environment.
