As a Senior Manager, Treasury & Capital Markets, you will work as a strategic partner within the Treasury team and interact directly with banking partners, lenders, investors, fintechs, capital markets counterparties, and key functional leaders within Wealthsimple to support Treasury initiatives and broader product launches. You will provide advice and collaborate with leaders in product, operations, trading, finance, legal, regulatory & compliance to find creative solutions to complex problems.

Provide personalized 1-1 tax guidance to Wealthsimple clients as they prepare and submit personal tax returns through Wealthsimple Tax. This includes: reviewing returns prior to NETFILE submission; researching complex tax scenarios to maximize the client’s tax return; and answering tax questions to ensure accurate information is provided by the client. Engage in a 1-1 service using Google Meet, with follow-up email support as well. Assist with Audit Protection tickets as needed.

As the Manager of Client Experience - Processes & Systems, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Manager while providing flexible support across our Knowledge & Content, AI Experiences, Special Projects, and CX Systems teams. This role identifies critical areas for improvement, stepping in to support other teams as needed, and driving key cross-functional initiatives that enhance both client and agent experiences.

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s credit card offering and payment cards platform capabilities across credit and banking. Lead the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences that continuously raise the bar on quality and impact. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to deliver impactful projects.

Serve as the execution arm for policies set by cross-functional brokerage stakeholders. Close client positions and/or apply appropriate account restrictions based on single stock and broad-based stress testing metrics to ensure that client exposures are within established stress guidelines, according to established policies and procedures. Follow-up with high-quality leads from the Growth Marketing team, prospect cold sales-sourced leads, and own the full sales process. Build growth opportunities for the business through warm and cold outreach emails, calls, SMS and qualification. Be the first touchpoint that articulates the Wealthsimple value proposition to potential prospects. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on “playtests” that require client interaction. Achieve monthly quotas and daily KPI’s of outbound touches across email, calls, text.

Build robust, efficient and integrated data models that enable our collections process to scale. These data models will serve as the foundation of our collections strategy, allowing the team to monitor key performance metrics including account volumes, charge-offs, promise-to-pay rates, recovery rates, and contact effectiveness.

Wealthsimple Self-Directed Investing is Canada’s fastest-growing trade product which supports options, equities and margin trading. As the Senior Product Manager for Equities and Crypto, you will play a key role in developing and executing the strategy. You will partner with design and engineering to understand our clients’ needs, develop prototypes, ship, analyze data, interview clients, and iterate on product features.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will be embedded on the Investing team, partnering closely with engineering and product to shape the future of our offering and deliver a high-quality product to our clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, creating concepts and prototypes, leveraging data, and raising the craft quality bar. You'll become a subject matter expert in Stock & Option Trading and integrate innovative solutions into our product design.

Be a player-coach, managing 1 Designer and leading the vision and execution of our design system for the mobile app and web platform. Alongside the Design Systems Engineering Manager, own and set a strategic vision and roadmap for the Design System team. Partner with designers to define and continuously evolve the visual language of our app.

The Investigator will proactively identify potential financial crime through in-depth analysis, and effectively respond to reported claims of financial crime.
