North America FP&A is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support region-wide planning and reporting functions. You will collaborate supporting the Automation and Corporate teams across the North America region, with a focus on improving planning and reporting functions through the standardization of common processes. You will report to the FP&A Supervisor located in Costa Rica.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Global and Industry Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by delivering actionable insights across bookings, operating expenditures (OPEX), and headcount allocations to drive data-informed decision-making. Consolidate and oversee operational expenditures for the Global Sales organization. Build and foster trusted business partnerships with GTM and cross-functional stakeholders.

As the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas, you will offer strategic financial leadership for the Americas Business Unit. Reporting to the Corporate Executive VP of Finance, you will collaborate with the Americas COO and senior leadership to improve financial reporting, visibility, and systems, while steering long-term decision-making. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting and finance operations, financial and tax reporting, financial planning and analysis, and managing incentive compensation.

In this remote role, you will report to a Lead or Manager within the Commercial Analytics team, working closely within a team of 5 - 7 to structure ambiguous problems, build financial and operational models, and provide recommendations to the C-suite for key decisions, conduct market analyses, and perform operational and financial modeling.
