  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers, attending to day-to-day and 'big picture' problems and opportunities and helping maximize the customer's ROI in Sardine
  • Build a thorough understanding of our product, technology, and strategy and be able to message these succinctly to customers.
  • Translate complex product and technology problems into simple and actionable solutions and be able to manage the solution process both internally and externally.

Global Unlimited PTO

  • Identify and monitor external threat groups targeting Sardine and our merchants for ATO or Payment Fraud.
  • Investigate tools used by Fraudsters and cyber criminals for bot and payment fraud from the Dark Web and OSINT communities.
  • Own and manage the entire threat intelligence lifecycle, including planning, collection, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence on cybercrime and financial fraud threats.

Latin America Unlimited PTO

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles in LATAM, primarily Backend, QA, Integrations, AI/ML, and potentially non-tech roles.
  • Independently manage LATAM employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and a high-quality employee experience.
  • Be the primary People Ops partner for LATAM employees, supporting all things people ops, employee relations, and local labor laws.

Support Engineer

  • Be the first point of contact of customers and quickly and efficiently understand their needs and requests via various channels.
  • Own, prioritize, and troubleshoot the complex technical issues and provide an excellent solution to the customers.
  • Be a key source of knowledge on the sardine risk and payment platform, APIs, SDKs, the underlying web-stack technologies, and best practices

  • Architect, design, and implement robust, efficient, and reliable backend services for KYC workflows, sanctions screening engines, and alert management systems
  • Build and optimize case management and alert creation pipelines that enable investigators to efficiently review and disposition suspicious activity
  • Develop and maintain integrations with regulatory reporting systems, including SAR filing and GoAML submissions
