As a Customer Solutions Architect at Atlan, you’ll be a strategic technical partner to forward-thinking companies and teams operating in the data space. You will drive value with Atlan, provide architecture partnership & strategy, design custom solutions and provide technical enablement.

Your mission involves building strong relationships with stakeholders inside organizations, from CDOs and Data Platform leaders to data engineers and analysts, understanding their problems, and serving as a trusted advisor for data teams building modern data platforms. You'll evangelize Atlan and agile data culture, providing information for decision-making, gathering customer feedback, and working with the product team.

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be a critical partner to the sales leadership team, driving go-to-market strategy and operational excellence. Reporting directly to VP, GTM Operations, you will be responsible for connecting the dots across teams, owning sales metrics and reporting, and ensuring consistent execution. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
