Own end-to-end hiring for global Engineering and Product Management roles. Partner with hiring managers to shape and drive recruitment strategy using data to inform decisions, set expectations, and prioritize roles. Source high-caliber, often hard-to-reach talent globally across platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack, etc. Drive candidates through a thoughtful, timely, and high-touch process, delivering a positive candidate experience.
Shape, execute, and evolve our engagement strategy to enhance employee experience, connection, and recognition, while leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve our programs. This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure engagement initiatives align with OpenX’s people strategy and business goals.
