Manage the high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process for all of Nutrafol’s new team members and will work on a variety of roles across the organization, including Finance, Supply Chain, Ops, Sales, Tech, Analytics, Retention, Brand & Growth Marketing, & Science. Responsible for owning TA metrics, hitting ambitious targets and maintaining a recruitment system that scales with the growing demands.

This role involves scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth interview days, and showcasing the potential of working at Fetch. You will manage the candidate process, advise Recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, and communicate interview logistics with candidates and interview teams.
