Job Description
Collaborate with People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, as well as company leaders, to develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with OpenX’s values, business objectives, and employee experience priorities. Maintain a pulse on the organization while identifying emerging trends in employee engagement and culture, bringing innovative, data-driven ideas to enhance impact.
Lead engagement programs that improve collaboration, belonging, and team connectivity. Play a key role in fostering a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute. Partner with NEXUS, and OpenX’s other employee-led groups focused on strengthening inclusion and belonging across the company. Collaborate to align engagement strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance the remote and in-office employee experience. Organize culture-driven initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, trainings, workshops, and community-building programs. Contribute as a thought partner to key moments in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, recognition, celebrations) to ensure they reflect OpenX’s culture and values. Manage and evolve employee recognition programs (e.g., Bonusly, Commercial team awards, anniversaries, etc.) to celebrate contributions and reinforce company values.
