You Will:
- Facilitating the candidate experience and engagement by coordinating virtual and in-person interview schedules
- Collaborating with the Talent team to ensure the seamless completion of new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- Manage the end-to-end requisition process in our ATS (Lever), partnering with recruiters to open, update, and close requisitions
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting coordination / administrative capacity
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have:
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Lever experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience supporting high-volume or agency recruiting environments
