Recruiting Coordinator

Candidate Experience:

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Scheduling and facilitating on-site interviews, handling on-sites, debriefs, and technical screens.
• Answering candidate/HM questions and managing urgent scheduling/candidate inquiries.

Data Management:

• Maintaining the integrity of the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Logging all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress.
• Taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently.

Team Support:

• Working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles.
• Help properly move candidates through the process.
• Takes initiative to support the recruiting team by anticipating needs and addressing potential issues.
