You’ll help shape our growing engineering team by finding, engaging, and evaluating exceptional technical talent. You’ll build strong pipelines for software engineers and other technical roles, conduct initial phone screens, and partner closely with hiring managers to support final hiring decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and takes pride in both the craft of sourcing and the art of candidate engagement.

As a dedicated GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team and broader GTM org and will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for our fastest growing vertical (Provider Partnerships Managers). This is a high volume, full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate/pipeline management.

$60,000–$90,000/yr

Help scale our hiring efforts during a critical growth phase. You’ll play a central role in ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, coordinating interviews across teams, and driving the operational heartbeat of our recruiting process.
