Ideals is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support scaling in the Americas, contributing to the hiring strategy with analytical skills. You will lead sourcing projects, analyze the funnel to optimize your strategy and drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, directly impacting Ideals’ growth trajectory.

You will be crucial in helping Devoted Health scale by managing the full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. You will own the entire recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, which may include member services, sales, and clinical positions. You will creatively find and engage with talent, demonstrating tenacity to discover the perfect candidate for each role.
