Role Overview:

- You'll own a high-volume req load and partner with hiring managers on requirements and timelines.
Sourcing & Pipeline:
- You'll build local RN pipelines and national telehealth clinician pipelines across markets.
- You'll use AI tools and creative outreach to source passive candidates.
Process & Hiring Engine:
- You'll refine scorecards, interview structures, and funnel benchmarks.
- You'll track conversion metrics and build repeatable hiring playbooks.
