Clinical Recruiter

About the Role:

• Accelerate hiring of therapists and nurse practitioners for a virtual women's behavioral health startup.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Provider Operations and think like a sales professional.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from outreach to onboarding handoff, coordinating with credentialing teams.
• Execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines across states and track pipeline health.
• Recommend new sourcing channels and contribute to clinical hiring marketing.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, with clinical mental health recruiting expertise.
• Data-driven sourcer comfortable with cold outreach and recruitment analytics.
• Team player with strong communication and a passion for the mission.
