Candidate Assessment
Core Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape job requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within HR/People Operations.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and recruiting for clinical, technical, or operational roles.
