• The Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting across the company's clinical and operational hiring needs.
• Primary focus is on high-volume entry-level roles with flexibility to support clinical and licensed positions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of concurrent requisitions spanning multiple role types.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and passive outreach, building strong pipelines.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer-to-start process using Greenhouse.
