New Clinical Recruiter

About the Role:

• You will lead the strategy and execution of hiring for clinical teams, including Physicians, NPs, RNs, and LICSWs.
• This is a high-impact, high-visibility role building the teams that deliver on our mission to provide a new standard in cancer care.
• You will dive into full-cycle recruiting quickly while learning about Daymark, oncology, and value-based care.

What You'll Do:

• Within the first month, make strong hires to build capacity for 30+ clinical hires per month, focusing on new markets.
• Get up to speed on business, tools, and templates, and map the oncology and value-based care talent landscape.
• Find better ways to recruit, improving ATS use, candidate experience, and reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience hiring clinical roles in fast-growing healthtech startups, ideally with value-based care experience.
• Bias to action, comfortable moving quickly, and a builder/operator mindset.
• Strong communication skills, mission orientation, and ability to manage high volume with data-driven decisions.

Additional Information:

• The expected compensation is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
• This role is fully remote.
