About the Role:
- Remote (US based) position supporting recruiting at Sailor Health.
- Focus on provider partnerships and clinical support, the heart of our care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as dedicated recruiting partner to hiring managers, from briefing to debriefing.
- Own the full candidate experience from source to offer for clinical and provider-facing roles.
- Contribute to talent infrastructure as we scale.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
- Process-oriented and strong communicator with an AI-first mindset.
- Eager to grow into full-cycle ownership and team building.
