Role:
- We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter to scale our clinical team.
- You will lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to activation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinician pipelines using Ashby and develop new sourcing channels.
- Create recruitment rubrics and launch interview plans for new specialties.
- Provide a 5-star experience for clinicians throughout hiring.
