Position Overview:

This role owns full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles.
You will source, screen, and negotiate offers while building recruiting infrastructure.
Success is measured by time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

Develop sourcing pipelines for BCBAs and clinical directors via direct outreach.
Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate multi-round interview loops.
Administer take-home case studies for corporate roles and manage offer processes.
