Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruiting execution for BT and RBT roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer delivery.
- Manage high-volume requisitions aligned to forecasted clinic needs and hiring timelines.
- Partner with clinic leaders and operational leaders to align on hiring priorities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years experience in recruiting.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive labor markets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and strong communication skills.
