The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles.
This is a remote position offering a base salary of $85,000 plus commission.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to connect mission-driven professionals to meaningful work.

What We're Looking For:

3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare.
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS systems like Greenhouse.
A consultative communicator who can manage multiple searches and build trust with hiring managers.
