As the first Talent Lead, you’ll own hiring for the next stage of Sunrise’s growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/robotics, product, and operations while implementing systems for structured, repeatable, and fast hiring. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, works directly with founders, and delivers quality hires.

As Senior Talent Partner, Engineering & AI at Fieldguide, you'll have a major impact in building our engineering, product, and design (EPD) organization through a significant period of growth.
