The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support to Community Health System (CHS) by assisting with recruitment, tracking, and outreach efforts. Responsibilities include maintaining the applicant database, assisting with recruitment functions, and preparing forms, correspondence and reports. This role will serve as a contact for applicants and leaders, providing administrative support, information and assistance as needed.

The Talent Coordinator collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) team members to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the hiring process while delivering a positive and seamless experience for candidates and new hires. This position manages pre-hire and onboarding tasks.

Act as point of contact for candidates; scheduling phone, video and onsite interviews as well as sending various hiring exercises/case studies. Book travel and hotel accommodations for candidates when required, and manage any candidate travel expense reports for reimbursement. Partner cross-functionally with the TA team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other teams as needed.
