Sourcing and Pipeline:

Build active pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, clinical associations, and niche communities.
Target passive candidates from staffing agencies, GLP-1 clinics, and outpatient settings.
Conduct structured screens for licensure, availability, compensation, and role fit.

Process and Reporting:

Maintain clean ATS records and deliver regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
Leverage AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and analytics while ensuring candidate experience.
Track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness metrics.
