Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own pipeline of NPs and PAs across nationwide markets and a high requisition load.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on market-specific sourcing strategies and hiring priorities.
- Guide candidates through every stage of the process, from first outreach through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare, medical aesthetics, or high-volume agency background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs preferred.
- Proven ability to carry a high requisition load without losing quality in candidate communication or pipeline documentation.
