- Through video visits, our expert clinicians deliver therapy and medication management from home.
Who We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking a Recruiter who will own full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health providers.
- You should be comfortable with high-volume pipelines, outbound recruiting, and a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinicians (Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, etc.).
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools.
- Conduct candidate screens focused on clinical fit, licensure, and alignment with our care model.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical recruiting.
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines.
- Confident communicator and organized, process-driven, data-aware.
