Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers and Nurses.
- Support hiring across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate functions as needed.
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and guide candidates while delivering an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
- 4+ years recruiting experience in a startup, ideally in healthtech or regulated environments.
- Success hiring for clinical roles (RNs, behavioral health) and non-clinical roles (Operations, Sales).
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
