Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers and Nurses.
  • Support hiring across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate functions as needed.
  • Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and guide candidates while delivering an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years recruiting experience in a startup, ideally in healthtech or regulated environments.
  • Success hiring for clinical roles (RNs, behavioral health) and non-clinical roles (Operations, Sales).
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
