• We’ve built strong foundations but are now scaling each team from its early “founding” stage into something much bigger.
• Hiring broadly across Operations & Support in healthcare, with Operations being the biggest and most immediate need.
• This role is your chance to level up recruiting: shaping the story, the bar, and the candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Run business hiring end to end, managing multiple operations and support roles at a time.
• Source like it matters: outbound is core, and you'll build our network through content, community, intros, and events.
• Keep momentum: chase feedback, unblock decisions, and treat candidates with respect through fast, clear communication.

How you'll be compensated:

• Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 plus equity with extended exercise post 2 years.
• 36 days paid time off (including bank holidays), premium healthcare, and 4% monthly contribution to pension/401k.
