Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles annually, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across marketing, sales, creative, and operations functions.
- Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and early retention.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS, or remote-first environment.
- Proven ability to consistently fill roles within fast turnaround timelines (ideally under 30 days).
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills across high-volume and high-judgment hiring needs.
