Role Overview:
- Own end-to-end recruiting process for 10-15 US roles across Engineering, GTM, and G&A.
- Build pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing and outreach.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and clear feedback.

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain aligned expectations.
- Keep pipeline data clean and current in the ATS.
