As a Global Workforce Strategy Analyst at GitLab, you will play a crucial role in GitLab's global workforce strategy, helping navigate the complexities of hiring compliantly in business priority locations. You will be the bridge between business goals and the practical realities of global operations, ensuring establishment and maintenance of compliant employment solutions in strategic regions.

Manage global rewards programs (compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs) to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Partner closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to implement best practices in total rewards policies, programs, and processes.

Maintain capacity planning models and collaborate with Team Leads to drive Real Time Management activities for our global Support teams. You will also produce WFM reports and manage staffing/scheduling to ensure sufficient staff availability, while assessing staffing levels daily.
