The Global Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting and processing payroll for employees across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC and preparing monthly payroll entries for relevant regions. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, accurate payroll processing, and timely payments. The coordinator will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to maintain payroll data integrity and resolve any payroll-related issues.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage and drive the end-end recruitment process globally, with a focus in our EMEA Region. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, advise on best practices, and attract passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques. You will conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit, maintain regular communication with candidates and promote Unit4's positive image.
