What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles.
- Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
