What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and product engineering hires.
- Work directly with hiring managers.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Track record closing senior engineers.
- Deep ATS fluency, ideally Ashby.
Location:
- Remote (US)
Compensation:
- The base salary ranges from $140,000 to $170,000.
- Meaningful equity.
