Recruitment Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across technology, consulting, and corporate functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within IT consulting or technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet hiring objectives in fast-paced settings.
• Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates and developing high-quality talent pipelines.
