Your Role:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles, from intake to close, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and candidate communication.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, helping them scope roles and align interview panels.
  • Source and engage top-tier passive talent, delivering ≥50% self-sourced pipeline on priority roles.

What We Look For:

  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles.
  • Have worked at a smaller, high-growth company where you wore many hats.
  • Proactive about building candidate pipelines and tailoring your approach to niche searches.
