Lumos

Build the next generation of automating access requests, enabling just-in-time (JIT) provisioning, and enforcing least privilege at scale. This role is at the center of how Lumos delivers secure, efficient access across the enterprise. Design and build the user experience and underlying systems that power our App Store interface, request orchestration engine, and provisioning infrastructure. Work will directly impact how quickly users get access, how safely it’s granted, and how easily IT can manage it.

Help lead the design and development of the Security Platform —the foundation that enables secure and scalable identity governance at Lumos. Build and evolve core security systems that protect customer data, enable enterprise trust, and empower product teams to move fast with confidence. You’ll work across engineering, product, and platform teams to design secure-by-default primitives.

The role involves leading the design and implementation of Lumos’s next-generation Workflows & Notifications Platform. You’ll build the critical infrastructure that enables real-time, context-aware messaging and task orchestration across our Identity Governance product—from access reviews and approval flows to Slack alerts and audit trail notifications. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams.
