Your Responsibilities:
- Ship backend features end to end in days, from customer ask to production.
- Build testing harnesses for safe agent changes; work directly with customers on issues.
- Use agents daily but know system architecture deeply; participate in oncall.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years software engineering or equivalent shipping real products.
- Strong backend fundamentals: Python, Postgres, OpenSearch, gRPC on AWS.
- AI-native, comfortable with ambiguity, and highly ownership-driven.
