Provider Acquisition Specialist

What you will do:

• Recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network for insurance clients.
• Manage the recruitment process through emails, phone, follow-ups, and collaboration with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team.
• Continuously optimize processes and enjoy teamwork while building a world-class product that makes a difference in people's lives.

What you will NOT do:

• Worry about runway, cash left, or timing until the next round.
• Be confined to just your job; you'll get involved in product, marketing, and business strategy.
• Be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting, or SDR role in a quota-carrying performance-based environment.
• Experience selling to providers or recruiting providers is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convert datasets into insights.
