Provider Growth Associate

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers, offering strategic business guidance to support them in opening and growing their private practices.
• Deeply understand Grow's mission, value proposition, and platform to tailor your approach to each provider's needs.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective providers, completing 5-6+ meetings per day, while customizing your approach based on license type, stage in practice, and location.

You'll Be a Good Fit If:

• You're deeply passionate about mental health and excited to help providers build their own practice and expand access to care.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when managing a full daily meeting schedule and a robust sales pipeline.
• You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing quality or conversion rate.
