New Provider Onboarding Associate (1099 Contract)

Role:

• Facilitate or co-facilitate live required onboarding meetings via Zoom for incoming psychologists and therapists.
• Serve as a key point of contact during the critical pre-start window, supporting providers from offer letter acceptance through the beginning of active client services.
• Respond to inbound provider emails in a timely, professional manner.

You:

• You’re a natural communicator who can make a new provider feel genuinely welcomed and prepared.
• You see a problem and start solving it, asking good questions and moving forward even when the path isn’t fully clear.
• You’re reliable, take clean notes, and find meaning in work that impacts the lives of autistic adults seeking care.

Compensation:

• $25.00 per hour, ~10 hours per week, paid every 2 weeks.
• 1099 Contractor.
