Provider Growth Associate (Account Executive)

Role Overview:

• As a Provider Growth Associate, you will scale Headway's community of therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care.
• You will be the first point of contact for prospective providers, executing a full-cycle sales motion.
• You will work cross-functionally to turn sales insights into products and processes that further the mission.

Who You Are:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in consultative or consumer sales, ideally in a startup or small business context.
• You connect well with people in person, over the phone, or via email, and you have a strong work ethic.
• You are challenged by continuous improvement, think on your feet, and bounce back from setbacks with a scientific approach to growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary ranges from $69,300 to $77,000 based on geographic location, plus monthly commission.
