Guide and grow a team of licensed real estate agents while driving recruitment of top producers, combining brokerage operations oversight with agent acquisition. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations, implementing and refining policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.

This role will directly impact the growth and success of our brokerage division by managing and mentoring Brokerage Managers, ensuring quality control among the brokerage team, ensuring all SLAs are met, working with the CDO on various projects, and, and leveraging industry relationships to expand our advisor network. The Director will own brokerage quotas and recruit high-performing Brokerage Managers.
