Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the Role:

• This is a remote contract position supporting the growth of a healthcare-focused organization.
• You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling to create a positive candidate experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Source and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, and clinical networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare candidate summaries for the hiring team.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience recruiting healthcare providers such as physicians or nurse practitioners.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and remote work capability.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and communications.
