Responsibilities:
- Develop and utilize innovative recruiting strategies using traditional and digital channels.
- Work with hiring managers to understand unique skills and certifications required.
- Evaluate candidates through screening, interviewing, and pre-employment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of healthcare recruiting experience or equivalent.
- Proven track record in filling healthcare roles and understanding industry regulations.
- Proficiency in ATS, job boards, and Microsoft Office; PHR or Healthcare Recruiter certification preferred.
