About the Role:
- Remote, US-based contract position reporting to Senior Manager, Talent Engagement with a compensation of $85,000 to $110,000 per year (annualized, pro-rated for 6 months).
- Key role in scaling toward 100,000 students and training engineers that generate over $1.5T in wealth for low-income communities.
- Autonomous, fast-paced startup environment where contributions are highly visible.
How you will work:
- Recruit AI-first, using AI tools to source faster and screen sharper, freeing time for human judgment.
- Expected to bring creativity and build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates.
- Focus on compressing time-to-offer without lowering the bar.
Qualifications:
- Deeply motivated by CodePath's mission with 3+ years talent engagement experience in a startup.
- Comfort using AI tools and ability to build strong relationships.
- Preferred experience with Gem, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and technical roles.
