About the Role:
- As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will make a significant impact by serving as a trusted advisor and talent consultant to our technical organization.
- You will take complete ownership of high-priority technical segments focused on Software Engineering, Product, and AI Adoption.
- Partner directly with engineering leadership to design a world-class candidate experience and rigorous interview process.

- Strategic Partnership: Work with hiring managers to define requirements, build passive candidate pipelines, and facilitate the full hiring journey.
- Recruitment Tooling & AI Innovation: Champion modern talent technology and leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to source elite tech pipelines.
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage every phase of the talent funnel, from intake alignment to onboarding transitions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on location and experience.
