About the Role:

  • As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will make a significant impact by serving as a trusted advisor and talent consultant to our technical organization.
  • You will take complete ownership of high-priority technical segments focused on Software Engineering, Product, and AI Adoption.
  • Partner directly with engineering leadership to design a world-class candidate experience and rigorous interview process.

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage every phase of the talent funnel, from intake alignment to onboarding transitions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on location and experience.
