Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and account management for IT and software development staffing engagements, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategy for the staffing division.
  • Build and manage a recruiting tech stack (ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, AI-assisted sourcing platforms) to drive efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical/IT staffing or recruiting, with a track record of building a book of business.
  • Deep familiarity with full-cycle recruiting for software development and engineering roles.
  • Strong business development instincts and experience with contingency search fee structures.

Compensation & Perks:

  • $100,000 - $115,000 USD plus uncapped commission (up to 5% per eligible contract).
