Senior Technical Talent Advisor

Your Role:

• Be a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product leadership, using talent intelligence and market knowledge to influence hiring direction.
• Independently own full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles, proactively sourcing and hiring qualified talent.
• Design and scale recruiting programs that institutionalize a high technical talent bar and mitigate bias.

Impact:

• Orchestrate a high-signal candidate journey with consistent, values-aligned communication across all stages.
• Use talent insights and data to set expectations and drive calibration with hiring teams.
• Advise leaders on success profiles, prioritization, location decisions, and trade-offs.

Qualifications:

• Extensive technical recruiting experience hiring for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills to navigate the tech talent landscape.
• Proven ability to close in-demand talent and manage complex offer packages.

• This role is remote based in Ireland, with occasional travel for team meetings.
