About the role:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and go-to-market roles in a fast-paced startup.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top AI and CX talent.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a high hiring bar as the company scales.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct recruiter screens, manage ATS data, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Improve processes and hiring workflows for rapid scaling.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups.
- Track record of filling specialized technical and GTM roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with limited structure.
