We’re looking for a fast, creative, forward-thinking professional with a strong background in managing multiple projects at once, comfortable with figuring things out as you go, defaulting to action, and adapting to additional responsibilities. You'll work closely with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to manage various customer onboarding projects and initiatives.

As an engineer on the Shared Services team, you will help build our platform services which includes our auth service for authenticating and authorizing end users to access our product and our notification service responsible for electronic and paper mail communication to our customers. Looking for customer centric engineers that are passionate about building libraries and services for other engineers and improving the security, availability, and resiliency of our platform for our customers.

As a member of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of our new clients' 401(k) plans here at Human Interest. You'll be on the front lines with new clients, working with a variety of companies, helping them set up and launch their new 401(k) plans. You'll own keeping the onboarding process on-track while ensuring that customers are engaged and happy.
