What You'll Do Every Day:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and business roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and professional networks.
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into recruiting workflows (strongly preferred).
